What:  Boys & Girls Cross Country Season Fall 2026

Grades:  7th - 12th 

Sign Up Deadline:  August 1, 2026

Cost: $150

Jersey: Uniform t-shirt included in cost

Athlete needs to purchase: appropriate black shorts, black socks, and running shoes

Requirement:  Sports Physical that has been completed by your physician within the last 2 years.  If you need the form click this link  Sports Physical Form

Practices:  TBD

Practices Held at NHCS school, any other locations will be communicated to parents

The information below is tentative:

NHCS will participate in 3 cross country or 5K events, depending on weather. The events will be listed after the deadline.
