Enrollment Process

We’re so glad you’re considering NHCS for your child’s education. To help us get to know your family and show you what makes our school so special, please follow the steps below to start the process:

Step 1: Schedule a Tour by one of the options below:

a. Fill out the Tour Request Form

b. Call the school to schedule, 816-530-0785

Step 2: Schedule a Shadow Day by one of the options below:

a. Schedule the shadow day at the end of your tour.

b. Call the school to schedule, 816-530-0785

Step 3: Complete a New Student Enrollment Form by clicking the link:

Step 4: Enrollment Fee

The $350 enrollment fee must be submitted to the office within two days of completing the enrollment form. Once the finance team confirms receipt of the fee, your child's enrollment and spot at New Hope Christian School will be secured.

Step 5: Complete Record Submissions

Please ensure that all required records have been received by the office. These include: birth certificate, immunization record or immunization exempt form, and records transfer request form. If the student is transferring from homeschool, a parent needs to provide proof of completed classes.
