We’re so glad you’re considering NHCS for your child’s education. To help us get to know your family and show you what makes our school so special, please follow the steps below to start the process:

Step 1: Schedule a Tour by one of the options below:

a. Fill out the Tour Request Form

b. Call the school to schedule, 816-530-0785

Step 2: Schedule a Shadow Day by one of the options below:

a. Schedule the shadow day at the end of your tour.

b. Call the school to schedule, 816-530-0785

Step 3: Complete a New Student Enrollment Form by clicking the link:

a. New Student Enrollment for mid year 2025-2026 school year

b. New Student Enrollment for 2026-2027 school year

Step 4: Enrollment fee of $350 paid to the office. Verification that tuition agreements for enrollment have been made with the financial team.

Step 5: Verification that all required records from the enrollment form have been received by the office. These include: birth certificate, immunization record or immunization exempt form, and records transfer form completed. NHCS will send it to the school you are transferring from. If transferring from homeschool, a parent needs to provide proof of classes completed.
